Charlotte Davis brings 20 years of professional experience to Harpeth Estate Law.

She started her career in Washington, DC, working on public policy at the highest levels of government in the White House and the U.S. Senate. She also worked at the Heritage Foundation before returning home to Tennessee.

In Tennessee, she spent six years as an Assistant Attorney General defending the State and state employees from torts claims and civil rights lawsuits. Most recently, she has worked at a public interest law firm, working to preserve the Constitutional framework of America's election systems.

Despite Charlotte's impressive career in constitutional law, she wanted to get out of the courtroom and to start helping clients secure the one thing that lasts forever— their legacy. Charlotte started Harpeth Estate Law to help clients set up estate plans that provide for their loved ones and their legacy after death.

Charlotte holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University, and a law degree from the University of North Carolina.

She teaches at Belmont University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor.
